    Maison Margiela’s packaging is founded in the core philosophies of the House. The optical white handles of carrier bags appear frayed to evoke the trace of time as an evolution of the house’s original anonymous fabric totes.

Maison Margiela’s seasonal ready-to-wear proposals construct a complete designer wardrobe. Conceived by Creative Director John Galliano, the genderless Co-Ed and Icons Collections span the genres of clothes from cutting-edge essentials to avant-garde expressions. Through the house’s nonconformist approach to fashion, the staples of classic and contemporary dress codes are redefined: coats and jackets, dresses and tops, jeans and trousers, knitwear and shirts. Informed by techniques developed in the haute couture atelier for the Artisanal Collections, key pieces take shape through the innovative and radical lens of Maison Margiela.
