Join Maison Margiela

By visiting the maisonmargiela.com website or one of our boutiques, you will have the opportunity to create a personal account.

By registering, we will be able to offer you tailor-made assistance responding to your personal interests. You will have access to special events, updates on our new collections, receive notification when your favourite products arrive in store and more exclusive offers.

I cannot log into my account. What should I do?

When you register, MaisonMargiela.com recognizes the country in which you are located and automatically associates it to your account, which will be active only for that Country website. If your email address or password are not being recognized, check that you are navigating the version of the site on which you registered the account.

If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Login page to select a new one.

Can I change the Country I am registered in?

To transfer your account to a different Country/region website, please contact us.

What are my rights regarding privacy and how can I exercise them?

According to the European General Data Protection Regulation, Maison Margiela allows you to:

  • obtain access to your personal data and information about its treatment, including a copy of your personal data;
  • delete your personal data or discontinue its use by Maison Margiela, under certain conditions;
  • obtain data portability, if technically feasible;
  • deny consent to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes;
  • submit a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority, including the Italian Supervisory Authority, to request a verification or report a violation.

Who is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and how can I contact them?

The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is an expert in the protection of personal data, whose task is to provide consultancy services regarding privacy to companies, and to verify that personal data are treated in a lawful and relevant manner.

Maison Margiela has appointed its own DPO, that you can contact by writing to Data Protection Officer, at OTB S.p.A., Via dell’Industria 2, Breganze (Vi), 36042, Italy, email: dpo@otb.net.

I don't I receive your Newsletter? What should I do?

Try adding the "newsletter@mail.maisonmargiela.com" address to the safe senders list of your email account; this will prevent the anti-spam filter from blocking future newsletters. If this doesn't work, contact us.

How can I unsubscribe from your Newsletter?

If you do not wish to receive our Newsletter anymore, you can unsubscribe at any moment by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of every Newsletter. You can also contact our Client Care to proceed.
